HMAS Melbourne to visit Port Lincoln
30th Aug – 1st Sept
HMAS Melbourne will sail into Port Lincoln tomorrow on one of its last port visits before it is decommissioned later this year.
The 138-metre long ship will spend three days in Port Lincoln, arriving Friday August 30th at 10am into Brennan’s Wharf.
The ship is one of six of the Adelaide-class frigate, and is the last still in active service but not for much longer!

David Kidd, Craig Atkinson and Andrew Pryor share a collection of enduring classics from the worlds of Opera, Music Theatre, Pop and Jazz.
Tenori have established themselves as a national touring force, travelling the length and breadth of Australia. The lads have been working hard on a new album and are excited to share fresh versions of songs by Puccini, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Lloyd-Webber, Simon & Garfunkel, Verdi and Peter Allen (to name a few), with a three-piece band.
Ticket includes morning tea before the show.

A Day On The Bay

A Day on the Bay. A unique food and wine event held at various venues throughout idyllic Coffin Bay. A relaxing, fun family day out showcasing famous local oysters and other tantalising dishes and experiences. See the oyster beds, smell the salt air and dodge the emus. Come and savour the oysters at their finest in a vibrant atmosphere encompassing good food, good wine and good music. Make sure you get along and sample some of the world’s best oysters and fresh seafood delicacies and local produce at this great family event.
