Camping in the Lincoln National Park
Winter is a great time for campfires and enjoying delicious toasted marshmallows. Why not head out to the National Park for a few days break. Lincoln National Park is known for its spectacular ocean views and rugged offshore islands, and is one of South Australia’s many true beauties. The park sits on the south-eastern tip of the Eyre Peninsula. The park’s magnificent scenery and beaches will totally make it worth every ‘are we there yet?’ from the backseat of the car.
Glen Forest Tourist Park
Rug up to beat the winter chill and head to Glen forest Tourist Park open every day in the holidays. You can enjoy lunch from the Kiosk or bring your own picnic along. Take a wander around the park interacting with the friendly wildlife. Animals that you will see include koalas, dingoes, kangaroos, wombats, sheep, goats, emus, ostriches, peacocks, camels, horses, cows and water buffaloes. Be sure to see Babe the pig, and the walk-in bird aviary is a definite highlight.

Suitable for 6 years – 12 years. Free coffee for parents,to enjoy in Sarins while the kids are learning how to cook upstairs in our functions kitchen
Holiday Fun At the Port Lincoln Leisure Centre
Port Lincoln Leisure Centre is the largest aquatic centre on the Eyre Peninsula. It has a heated 25m pool along with a sauna and spa. They run a holiday program to keep the young ones entertained during their time off. A mixture of activities such as water fun, craft and much more! Suitable for ages 5- 13 years. Bead Bugs Craft, Water Fun (ages 5-8) and Fun & Games in the Stadium.
Port Lincoln Gymnastic Club
The Port Lincoln Gymnastics Club have fun programmes suitable for all ages and abilities during the school holidays. Be sure to book ahead as places are limited.
