Cruise ship visiting Port Lincoln this Saturday, let’s all get to the foreshore to welcome the visitors!
- The Pacific Jewel coming this Saturday the 4th of February
- The Astor on Wednesday 1st of March
- The Pacific Eden on Wednesday 22nd of March
Port Lincoln is now becoming a popular destination for cruise ships.
Cruising season here runs from October to April with the number of ships visiting Port Lincoln increasing every year. The number of visitors vary with the size of the ships that come to port. Each ship bringing anything from 1000 to 3000 passengers, plus 1000 crew that disembark and visit our city.

A Family Fun day is planned to provide a festival atmosphere for visitors.
The Pacific Jewel visits this Saturday, the only ship this season to visit on a weekend.
So the City of Port Lincoln is hosting a ‘CONNECTING OUR COMMUNITY’ Family Fun Day!
Port Lincoln foreshore from 1.00pm – 4.00pm.
- Showcasing our beautiful foreshore, with live music on the ‘Eyre Square’ FREE bouncy castle, face painting and bubble soccer.
- It is an opportunity for family and friends to have some fun and mingle with our cruise ship visitors.
- See some of the local cars participating in the new EP Auto Sprint to be held in April and a large market in the Nautilus Arts Centre (NAC) will all add to the ‘vibe’.
- The City will be abuzz with passengers and crew, so join in the fun on the foreshore!
